All product returns, including returns under warranty, require a return materials authorization (RMA) number from Gatan. Please fill in all the fields to ensure we can process your inquiry as quickly as possible.

After receiving the repair estimate, Gatan charges a $500 evaluation fee for all non-warranty and non-preventive maintenance repairs even if the customer declines the repair or the system is deemed non-repairable.
